Discount for early registration 

ProgramOur meeting has a common thread throughout both days, and therefore we recommend that you participate on both days. It is also an advantage that several people from the same business participate, as it will provide a common platform for further discussion after the conference.

Our pricing model rewards those who sign up early and those who sign up several employees from the same legal business. In addition, we reward all members of the Aquatiq Food Network.

It is important to note that hotels must be booked by the individual. We have reserved some rooms at the conference hotel at a favorable price. It also pays to be early here. See more information below.

PARTICIPATION BOTH DAYS:

The participation fee covers the conference fee, lunch and coffee breaks

  • EARLY BIRD (until 31 May) for businesses that register 3 or more employees from the same legal business: NOK 8

  • FULL PRICE (from 1 June until the conference): NOK 10

GOOD TO KNOW:

  • The participation fee covers the conference fee, lunch and coffee breaks

  • Banquet includes entertainment, aperitif and 3 units of optional drink NOK 1

  • The participation fee and banquet are invoiced by Aquatiq Consult. Invoices are sent continuously after registration

  • Prices, participation fee, excl. VAT

  • Accommodation per day at a conference hotel NOK 2 (single room price up to and including 190 June). Rooms are booked and paid for by the individual with the hotel upon check-out. The price after the deadline will be 30% of the hotel's dynamic prices, and we cannot then guarantee available rooms

Registration deadlines and contact information:

  • The registration deadline is 1. September* 2024.*Given available places, we can accept registration right up until 6. September 2024.

  • Your registration is binding once it has been received by us. If you cancel before the start of the conference, 50% of the fee will be invoiced. In case of cancellation within 14 working days before the start of the conference and in case of non-attendance, the full fee will be charged. This also applies to booking banquets.

  • Participant confirmation comes automatically upon registration. If you have not received an email confirmation within 10 minutes, check the spam filter and accept us as a recipient.
